1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site. We operate independently from every government office. We do not store official criminal records, run Arkansas State Police background checks, issue certified court copies, or file documents for anyone.

We point readers toward offices and systems that hold Faulkner County information: the Faulkner County Sheriff's Office, Faulkner County Circuit Clerk, Search ARCourts, Arkansas State Police/ACIC repository channels, Arkansas Department of Corrections resources, and the Arkansas Sex Offender Notification System. Some pages also include third-party search tools that may assist with research.

2. Rules for Using This Site

You agree that you will not:

• Use the site in violation of federal, Arkansas, or local law

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Using information from this site, or from any tool linked here, to harass, stalk, intimidate, threaten, retaliate against, or unlawfully discriminate against a person is prohibited and may be illegal. This is especially important for registry information. Arkansas Sex Offender Registration Act disclosure rules, including Ark. Code Ann. § 12-12-913, make registry access a public-safety resource, not a license for vigilante action or harassment.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not generate background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports of any kind. You agree not to use data from this site or any linked tool to:

• Decide whether to hire or fire someone
• Screen potential renters or housing applicants
• Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
• Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
• Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules

For an official Arkansas criminal-history check, use the proper Arkansas State Police/ACIC channel, including ARCH/CBC when its consent and account requirements apply, or a legally compliant provider suited to the required purpose.

5. No Legal Advice

Nothing on this site is legal advice. We explain, in general terms, how Faulkner County and Arkansas criminal-record systems work, but we cannot tell you how a charge, conviction, warrant, supervision issue, or record-sealing rule applies to a specific situation.
